3d Austin Users Group - Next Meeting – Wed. Feb. 25 at 6:30 at El Mercado’s at 1702 Lavaca, Austin TX.
For February we had lined up two very good presentations.
1. Joe Mandia, presently of Sony On-line Games in Austin,
earlier of Los Angeles, CA. is a character animator with great talent.
Joe will talk about the secret techniques that great animators use to make their character come alive with personality.

2. Brad Clark, who will be an instructor at the Concept Art/Massive Black workshop in Dallas will give is a sneak peek at the material he will present at this event.
Dallas Texas March 28-31 2009 is hosting our (Concept
Art's) latest workshop: Reverie.
The upcoming workshop in Dallas is going to be a big one. ConceptArt.Org has partnered with the AFI film festival, ReelFX, and Massive Black to bring you four days of inspiration, instruction, and raw creative motivation...and plenty of opportunity. I will have more info soon and will be updating this instructor list over the next couple weeks. Can't wait.
